| Swirling Tuyere |
|
Swirling tuyeres of pure copper plate are produced, using pure copper plate with high thermal conductivity as raw material, and then they shall become finished products by being shaped specially and welded. This product has sound water channels structure. Its use-life is greatly lengthened with assured velocity of the water, which makes stable and high-yield blast furnace possible. |

1.Correct structure dimensions; nice thermal property; dimensions of inside cooling water channels strictly controlled within the designing allowed tolerance; accurate and steady water flow parameter; thermal property within the forecasted scope. |

2.With special structure of cooling chanels: ¡Û5mm structure dimension is adopted for the spacer in Nose to intensify the cooling effectiveness of the end. |

3.Surface is treated intensively by over laying welding and its wearability is 7times higher than pure copper plate. |
| Double Inlet & Outlet Tuyere with Following Advantages£º |
|
1.Double inlet & outlet tuyeres of pure copper plate have 6 high velocity water channels, wth water velocity as follows 17.3,12.8,10.4,10.7,9.8,8.3,7.4m/s. temperature of the interface between tuyere and water is 98-136¡æ.high value of lacking heat can avoid burning out. |

2.When the first channel burns out and the inlet & outlet pipe closes, the system of high velocity water still works in the area of 360¡æ around tuyere, thus no blind cooling zone. |

Compared with casted intermediate cooler, the intermediate cooler of copper plate manufactured by adopting copper plate welding techniques has two advantages. |
|
1.With reasonable and scientific multi-loop high velocity water channels, the cooing strength is larger than liquid slag heat strength. As a result, the pouring slag can¡¯t be burned out and the temperature of overall surface reaches about 250¡æ~300¡æ, a half lower than casted intermediate cooler. |

2.The reliable technical solution can prevent deformation. |
